What is Plush Box & Co.?

Plush Box & Co. is a curated mystery scoop experience featuring plushies, stationery, and cozy lifestyle items. Each scoop is thoughtfully assembled to feel like a soft, luxurious surprise—never random, always intentional.

 


 

How do the mystery scoops work?

You choose how many scoops you’d like, and I’ll curate a selection of items for you based on your preferences.

Each scoop includes a mix of:

  • Plush charms & accessories

  • Stationery items

  • Trinkets & collectibles

  • Occasional premium surprises

No two boxes are exactly the same.

 


 

Are the items completely random?

No. While your box is still a mystery, each order is curated with intention.

You’ll be able to select preferences (such as favorite characters or colors), and I’ll do my best to align your box with your selections while maintaining the element of surprise.

 


 

What characters or themes do you offer?

Our main themes include:

  • Cinnamoroll

Limited items may also include:

  • Pochacco

  • Pompompurin

  • Badtz-Maru

  • Snoopy

Availability may vary depending on inventory.

 


 

Can I request specific items?

You can leave notes or preferences at checkout, and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Please note: while I do try my very best to accommodate all wants, I cannot guarantee specific items due to the nature of mystery boxes. 

 


 

What is a “gacha ball”?

Gacha balls are sealed surprise capsules that contain a bonus item. These are included in select scoop tiers.

 


 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping offers are available at select times.

 


 

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 


 

Do you offer pre-orders?

Occasionally, I will offer pre-orders for special drops.

If you place a pre-order:

  • Your order will not ship immediately

  • Shipping will begin on the official launch date listed on the product page

Please read all pre-order details before purchasing. I want everyone to be happy!

 


 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I primarily ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, it will be announced via email, on the website, and social platforms.

 


 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of curated mystery boxes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Items are missing from your order

If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email me immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

 


 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, your order may already be in processing.

 


 

Can I use discount codes?

Yes! Discount codes can be applied at checkout.

Please note:

  • Only one code can be used per order

  • Codes cannot be applied after purchase

 


 

Will I receive duplicates if I order multiple scoops?

I do my best to minimize duplicates, especially within the same order.

However, duplicates may occasionally occur.

 


 

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Plush Box & Co. makes the perfect gift.

You can also include a note at checkout if you’re sending it to someone special.
